The Indian edition of Autocar has published spy photos and new details about the seven-seat modification of the second generation Hyundai Creta compact crossover. The car will premiere in 2021.
The crossover is covered with a dense layer of camouflage, but it is noticeable that it will differ from the standard model with a modified bumper, lights, and enlarged side windows in the rear of the body. According to preliminary data, the size of the wheelbase will increase by 20 mm compared to the five-seat crossover - up to 2630 mm. The rear overhang of the vehicle will increase by 10 mm and the overall length will increase by 30 mm.
At the same time, there will be no changes in the motor range. It will be represented by a 1.5-liter gasoline atmospheric engine with a capacity of 115 hp and a turbodiesel of the same displacement and output. At the top of the line will be a 1.4-liter supercharged gasoline "four", giving 140 horsepower. Transmission - six-speed "manual", CVT and seven-band "automatic" with two clutches.
The list of available equipment will include a virtual dashboard, multimedia with a 10.25-inch touch screen, six airbags, a panoramic roof, and a salon mirror with automatic dimming.
