SEO experts suspect Google is updating the algorithm

Western SEO experts report that since November 23, there have been signals that Google is releasing another update to its ranking algorithm. 

Some SERP monitoring tools are showing big changes. At the same time, the SEO community is relatively calm. Perhaps this is due to Thanksgiving in the United States, suggests Barry Schwartz of Search Engine Roundtable.
