Xiaomi has updated the list of devices that will receive the stable version of MIUI 12

Soon after the announcement of the stable build of the MIUI 12 firmware, Xiaomi has declassified the list of devices that will receive the long-awaited update. Recently, the brand has made adjustments to its roadmap and clarified smartphone models, the owners of which will be able to upgrade to the latest firmware in the near future.

The published list of 23 devices includes both new items and models presented back in the days of Android 8.1 Oreo. The updated version of MIUI will be available in August for the following devices:

  • Xiaomi Brand: Mi 10, Mi Note 10, Mi Note 10 Pro, Mi 8 Light
  • POCO brand: F2 Pro and Pocophone F1
  • Redmi Brand: Note 9, Note 9 Pro, Note 8 Pro, Note 8, Note 7, Note 6 Pro, Note 5, 9, 8, 8A, 8A Pro, 7, 7A, 6A, 6, 6 Pro, S2

Vendor representatives also noted that only two gadgets from the above register will receive branded "super wallpapers" - Xiaomi Mi 10 and POCO F2 Pro. The floating windows feature will be available to the following models: Xiaomi Mi 10, Mi Note 10 Pro, Mi Note 10, Mi 8 Light, Redmi Note 8 Pro, Note 7, Redmi 7, Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi 9, Poco F2 Pro and Pocophone F1.

All these smartphones, with the exception of the Poco F2 Pro, will also have advanced camera capabilities. Only Mi 10, Poco F2 Pro, Pocophone F1, and Redmi Note 8 Pro will receive animated icons.
