Affordable smartphone LG Q31 gets military-grade protection
LG has introduced the new LG Q31 smartphone, the main feature of which is a high level of protection against external influences, which meets the demanding MIL-STD-810G standard. At the same time, despite the status of "unkillable", the gadget looks quite traditional for the segment of mainstream devices.
The smartphone, which can survive immersion in water, exposure to vibration, falls to the ground and temperature changes, received a 5.7-inch IPS-display with a resolution of 1520x720, an aspect ratio of 18.9: 9 and a "drop" for a 5-megapixel front camera. The "core" of the LG Q31 is the eight-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor, and the IMG PowerVR GE8320 chip with a clock frequency of 650 MHz is responsible for the graphics capabilities of the device.
LG Q31 is equipped with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory expandable with a microSD card up to 2 TB. On the back of the device there is a dual main camera represented by 13 and 5 megapixel sensors. The capacity of the built-in battery of the gadget is 3000 mAh.
The retail price of the LG Q31 in South Korea is $178, the new product will go on sale from September 25.
