HONOR is preparing to release its most affordable 5G smartphone
5G technology quickly ceased to be a feature of exceptionally expensive flagship smartphones. For example, HONOR plans to soon release a budget model with 5G support, which has every chance to become the cheapest in the brand's line.
The unannounced HONOR smartphone, presented in two versions with the model numbers NZA-AN00 and NZA-TN00, was certified by the Chinese agency TENAA, where images and some technical characteristics of the device were published.
According to the renderings on the regulator's website, the smartphone will get a screen with a teardrop-shaped cutout for the front camera, a large main camera unit with four modules, and a fingerprint scanner built into the power button. It is known that the gadget is also equipped with a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
From the description of the smartphone implies that it will get a 6.6-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1600х720 pixels, OCTA-core processor, 2.0 GHz, support microSD up to 512 GB and battery capacity of 5000 mAh. The model will run on Android 10 and come in two versions: 4 + 64 GB and 6 + 128 GB.
Based on all these technical characteristics, such a gadget should cost less than all existing 5G HONOR smartphones. In the past, representatives of the brand reported that they plan to release 5G devices at a price of up to $140.
