ASUS ZenFone 7 features revealed by the benchmark
After the announcement of the date of the presentation of ASUS ZenFone 7, data leaks about the new flagship of the Taiwanese manufacturer became more frequent in the network. Following information on the alleged specifications and price of the smartphone, its mention appeared in the Geekbench benchmark database, which revealed new details about the gadget.
An unknown ASUS smartphone with model number I002D was spotted on Geekbench, which was tested on August 18. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 865+ processor clocked at 3.09GHz and 8GB of RAM. It is unclear if we are talking about the regular ZenFone 7 or the Pro version. Previously, it was assumed that the ZenFone 7 will receive the Snapdragon 865, while the ZenFone 7 Pro will have the Snapdragon 865+. Now the authoritative insider Roland Quandt claims that the base version will receive a more powerful chipset.
The presentation of the ZenFone 7 line is scheduled for August 26. The smartphones are expected to get a 6.7-inch screen, a 5000 mAh battery, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and a rotary camera like the ZenFone 6.
