Specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G revealed by the benchmark
According to a new leak, a third 5G-enabled device will soon appear in Samsung's range of affordable smartphones. A gadget called the Galaxy A42 was lit up in the database of the popular Geekbench application, which declassified its key specifications and performance level.
According to the results of synthetic testing, the smartphone with the code number SM-A426B scored 615 points in a single-core scenario, and 1799 points under load on all cores. According to the benchmark protocol, the Galaxy A42 5G is powered by an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor (some insiders also predict that the device will be equipped with a Snapdragon 690 chip with similar performance). The device has 4 GB of RAM, and Android 10 is announced as the operating system.
Earlier, the smartphone was seen on the website of the Chinese certification bureau 3C - according to the department, it will receive a 5000 mAh battery. The Safety Korea regulator also published confirmation of this information.
