Google Pixel 5 XL shown on high-quality 3D renderers
Despite all Google's attempts to maintain the intrigue around the announcement of new "pixels", almost everything is already known about the next generation of branded devices. A couple of weeks ago, an image of the unannounced Pixel 5 XL case appeared on the web, and more recently, insiders published a series of high-quality 3D renderers that demonstrate the design of the device in all its details.
An informant under the nickname @xleaks7, who recently presented images of the younger model of the line, published a series of renderings and 4K videos featuring the alleged Google Pixel 5 XL. Comparing both devices, you can see that they have an identical design - a display with a hole for the front camera in the upper-left corner and a fingerprint scanner on the back panel.
According to the leak, the smartphone's rear camera will feature two sensors, one of which will get a wide-angle lens. According to an insider, the size of the Google Pixel 5 XL will be 153.8 x 74 x 8.5 mm, while in the area of the camera block, the thickness will increase by another 1 mm. A USB Type-C port is located on the lower edge of the device between the speaker grilles.
It is expected that Google Pixel 5 XL will be built on the basis of the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform and will receive two configurations with 6 and 8 GB of RAM. The older models of the line are also credited with a screen resolution of 2560x1440 pixels and a 4000 mAh battery.
Google has not yet announced the date of the upcoming presentation and the price of its flagship.
