Layouts revealed the final design of the iPhone 12

23 June 2020, Tuesday By M. Konwar
As the iPhone 12 approaches production, not only the renders begin to circulate. Now there are layouts showing the almost final design of the iPhone 12.

The latest layouts, presented by blogger Sonny Dixon, show all three sizes for the iPhone 12 line, and they definitely draw inspiration from the iPad Pro design. But there's something wrong with the cameras.

According to MacRumors, the mockups of the new iPhone 12 feature a 5.4-inch, 6.1-inch, and 6.7-inch models. All models have sharp corners that resemble the latest iPad Pro, but which are also a return to the iPhone 5.

Since it is assumed that the iPhone 12 Max and iPhone 12 Pro will have a 6.1-inch display, it is unclear which model represents the midsize layout.

One of the photos shows all three sizes side by side. Oddly enough, all three layouts have three rear cameras, although it is rumored that the regular iPhone 12 is only equipped with two lenses. Only the 6.1-inch iPhone Pro and 6.7-inch iPhone Pro Max were supposed to get a third telephoto lens. These layouts also don't have the LiDAR sensor, which is rumored to appear on at least the Pro Max version.

These images also don't show the front of the layouts. So we can't find out if the "bangs" on these smartphones have become smaller. Dixon's tweet says that the cutout and cameras on the layouts are not 100% correct, but that the chassis is "promising."

It is also reported that the iPhone 12 may be thinner than the iPhone 11 and that the iPhone 12 Pro may have a new dark blue color.

In addition to the design, the iPhone 12 will feature a new powerful Apple A14 Bionic chip, 5G connectivity, and 120 Hz ProMotion displays on iPhone 12 Pro models.
