Desire 20 Pro and U20 5G: HTC introduced two new smartphones with capacious batteries
The Taiwanese company HTC has released two new products running Android 10 without too much media noise. The updated vendor portfolio includes U20 models and the more affordable Desire 20 Pro. Both devices have Snapdragon processors and an advanced set of sensors for the main camera.
HTC U20 5G received a 6.8-inch display with a resolution of 2400x1800 pixels. The smartphone is based on the Snapdragon 765G mobile platform and is equipped with 8 GB of RAM. On the backside of the device is the main camera module, represented by four sensors with a resolution of 48, 8 (wide-angle optics), 2 (macro lens and 2 MP (depth sensor). A 32-megapixel front-facing camera is embedded in the device's screen.
As a method of biometric authorization, the manufacturer chose a fingerprint scanner, which is located on the back of the gadget. The built-in battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh is responsible for the autonomy of the model. The HTC U20 5G costs $640.
The second new product of the brand is a gadget called HTC Desire 20 Pro. The model with a 6.5-inch screen received an eight-core Snapdragon 665 processor. At the same time, the smartphone is equipped with the same set of cameras and battery as the U20 5G model. Another feature of the device is the built-in 128 GB storage. HTC Desire 20 Pro smartphone will cost customers $303.
The manufacturer will announce the start date of sales of both new products later.
