Google Pixel 5 Pro with a sub-screen camera shown in spy photos
Soon after the release of the Google Pixel 5 smartphone, rumors began to appear about the upcoming release of a more advanced Pro version of the proprietary gadget. After a while, without waiting for the official announcement of the vendor, network informers published several pictures of the unannounced device, the chip of which is expected to be the original design of the display, devoid of cutouts, holes, and a wide upper frame for the selfie sensor.
Judging by the photos and comments published by an insider of the SlashLeaks portal, the device will receive a 6.67-inch display with a front-facing camera located under its surface. If the pictures really represent a future new product from Google, then the gadget interface also speaks in favor of the sub-screen module — for example, the clock and other service icons in the pictures are shifted to the corner of the display, and not to the center, as when using a sensor embedded in the matrix.
The source also attributes the smartphone support for two SIM cards and the presence of an NFC module. Other specifications of the model are not specified — according to rumors, the device will get 8 GB of RAM and an internal storage capacity of 256 GB. The release date and price of the Google Pixel 5 Pro are still unknown.
