However, the bottom line is that the name "888" was chosen for the reason that in China this number is considered very lucky and happy.

It is now unclear what Qualcomm will name the next flagship processor. It is possible that it will be Snapdragon 999. It is no less interesting what the company will do when it reaches the "thousand". Perhaps the manufacturer will completely change the approach to naming its chips.
