Price, features and specifications of Samsung Galaxy Buds Live revealed by a massive leak
The unannounced Galaxy Buds Live wireless headphones have already been shown several times in the photo and even video, but thanks to new leaks, even more details about them have become known. In particular, insiders revealed the technical characteristics, functions, and even the price of the new item.
According to well-known insider Roland Quandt, Galaxy Buds Live with a weight of only 5.6 grams will receive 12-mm drivers, two internal and one external microphone, as well as sound tuning by AKG specialists. The latter is indicated by the corresponding inscription on the charging case. The headphones will be equipped with a variety of sensors, including proximity sensors.
Galaxy Buds Live will support active noise cancellation (ANC) and Always On Mic (AOM), which will allow them to constantly wait for commands for the Samsung Bixby voice assistant. With ANC and AOM enabled, the headphones will work for 5.5 hours, and when these functions are deactivated, they will work for 7.5 hours. When charging from the case is taken into account, the total autonomy will be 28 hours with the ANC and AOM functions disabled, and up to 20 hours with the active ones.

Screenshots were obtained from the updated Galaxy Buds app for iOS. It already has support for the new Galaxy Buds Live and a description of all the functions of the headphones. For example, users can enable and disable active noise reduction, configure touch controls, and change the equalizer settings.
Finally, Roland Quandt reports that Galaxy Buds Live in the US will cost $169, but in Europe, the price tag will be about 190 euros. The presentation of the headphones will take place on August 5, along with the Galaxy Note 20 and other Samsung innovations.
