Razer introduced a new series of wireless gaming headphones
Razer has expanded its range of branded gaming peripherals with two models of Kaira wireless headsets. The distinctive features of the new products are compatible with Xbox Series S/X game consoles and customizable Razer chroma RGB lighting, and the older version of the accessory with the Pro console additionally has the ability to connect to smartphones and other devices using the Bluetooth 5.0 module.
Both headsets received 50 mm Razer TriForce Titanium drivers, with a frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, and support for Windows Sonic surround sound technology. In addition to the Razer Chroma RGB logo and FlowKnit memory foam ear cushions, the ear cup also features audio controls.
The claimed battery life of the Razer Kaira Pro and Razer Kaira is 20 hours, and with the backlight on - up to 15 hours. Both models connect to the new Xbox consoles without third-party adapters, and the older one received a Bluetooth 5.0 module with a range of 10 meters, which allows it to connect with smartphones, tablets, and other gadgets.
Both headsets feature a Razer HyperClear microphone with an adjustable headband. The Razer Kaira Pro and Razer Kaira are charged via a USB Type-C port and weigh 365 and 332 grams, respectively. The Pro version will go on sale with a price tag of $150, while the younger model will cost customers $100.
