Acer Predator X38P with a large diagonal and a refresh rate of up to 175 Hz
Acer announced the beginning of sales in Russia of the gaming monitor Predator X38P. It received a large 37.5-inch curved screen with UWQHD+ resolution, high brightness, and a 144hz refresh rate with overclocking up to 175hz. The new product also supports VESA Certified DisplayHDR 400 and NVIDIA G-Sync technologies.
Predator X38P is equipped with a 37.5-inch IPS-matrix with thin frames and a bending radius of 2300R, which allows you to completely immerse yourself in the gameplay. The screen has a resolution of UWQHD+ (3840x1600 pixels) and is made using Fast Liquid Crystal technology (fast liquid crystals) for minimal response time. For greater convenience, the monitor can be rotated in the right direction or change the angle of its inclination above the table.
The display of the new product has factory calibration with a Delta coefficient E <2 and 98% coverage of the color space DCI-P3, which is 35.6% wider than the standard for gaming monitors sRGB. The peak brightness of the Predator X38P screen reaches 750 nits. In addition, the new product supports VESA Certified DisplayHDR 400 technology, which can significantly increase the maximum brightness and contrast level of the picture.
Predator X38P supports a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz in normal mode and up to 175 Hz in overclocking mode. The response time is only 0.3 ms. In addition, the model supports NVIDIA G-Sync technology, which eliminates image tearing due to the synchronization of the refresh rate of the monitor and video card.
The Predator GameView option helps you quickly switch between different modes created specifically for different genres of games (Action for shooters, Racing for racing simulators and Sports for sports), save your own settings in separate profiles and control the background lighting. In addition to this, the proprietary Acer Display Widget application allows you to change any image settings from a computer on the fly.
Predator X38P received a set of technologies that help reduce the load on the gamer's eyesight and avoid fatigue from long gaming sessions. For example, Acer Ultra-Low Blue Light reduces the negative effects of radiation in the blue part of the light spectrum without loss of image quality, and Flicker-less eliminates screen flicker.
The monitor is equipped with two 7-watt speakers, which eliminates the need for additional speakers on the desktop, and a special hook is designed for full-size gaming headsets. Also, the monitor allows you to connect gadgets and peripherals directly to the monitor using a hub with four USB 3.0 connectors. Connection to a PC is via HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort 1.4.
