Capcom plans to promote Resident Evil: Village leaked online - there will be two demos
Data from the huge Capcom leak continues to appear on the network. This time we will talk about the company's plans to promote Resident Evil: Village. We have chosen the main thing.
In January, the publisher plans a large-scale presentation of the game, including a new trailer with the release date, the announcement of the versions for PS4 and Xbox One, and the release of a technical demo - it should show the features of PlayStation 5.
On January 15th, pre-orders will begin, and for Resident Evil 7, an update will be released with an advertising poster for the eighth part and a link to pre-order.
No big news is expected in February. Just videos about creating the project and other small details. In March, open testing of the multiplayer mode, fresh gameplay videos, and previews of journalists after personal acquaintance with the game are already planned.
In April, a full demo of the game is expected to be released and the technical demo will be updated. First, both probes will be released on PlayStation, and a week before the game's premiere, they will reach the rest of the platforms.
With the release date of Resident Evil: Village, everything is still uncertain: the release was originally planned in January, but due to the pandemic, the dates have shifted. The publisher is now planning a release in either April or May.
