The first players of Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox Series X found a mode with 60 FPS
Several players have already received their CDs for Cyberpunk 2077 and are sharing their first impressions. As it turned out, for example, an "interim patch" for 43.5 GB has already been released on the Xbox.
For the release, the developers will release another full-fledged patch of the first day, but one interesting detail in the intermediate update was revealed - on the Xbox Series X, a performance setting was added, so that you can play at 60 frames per second.
@DMC_Ryan I got my copy of Cyberpunk 2077 Collectors Edition yesterday. I can confirm resolution vs performance mode on Series X. Performance runs much smoother than Quality. Hard to say whether it's just an uncapped frame rate or targeting 60. This is pre day 1 patch v1.0.0.5 pic.twitter.com/8nBqGJ1Zpt

Some users also note that the ability to change the mode is also on the Xbox One X - there, however, you should not expect a full 60 frames per second, since the game is demanding on the resources of the central process, which are very weak for all consoles of the outgoing generation.
On Xbox Series X, according to one of the players, the project mostly runs at 60 FPS, but sometimes crashes happen. It should be borne in mind, however, that the full-fledged patch of the first day is not yet available - there will certainly improve performance.
CD Projekt has not yet confirmed what improvements await Cyberpunk 2077 players on the next-generation consoles in backward compatibility mode - the studio has promised certain improvements. Apparently, one of them was the stable 60 FPS mode.
Recall that the full-fledged nextgen versions of the project will be released in 2021, and on PS4, Xbox One, and PC the game will be released on December 10, in 6 days.
